1. How do I book rentals?
You can book directly through our website by selecting your items, choosing your event date, and checking out. You can also call or text us at 980-274-1554 to reserve your rentals.
2. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible — especially during weekends and holidays — to make sure your items are available for your event date.
3. Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be applied toward your total balance.
4. Do you deliver?
Yes! We deliver to Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary depending on your location.
5. Do you set up the rentals?
Yes — we can set up and take down your rentals for an additional fee. Some items, like tents, require professional setup and are always installed by our team.
6. How long is the rental period?
Standard rental is for one event day. If you need your rentals for multiple days, let us know and we’ll arrange a special rate.
7. What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Please contact us immediately if an item is damaged. Replacement or repair fees may apply depending on the damage.
8. What if it rains or the weather changes?
If your event is outdoors, we recommend booking a tent for shade or rain protection. We will work with you to reschedule if weather conditions make setup unsafe.
9. How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and online payments. A deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the balance due before or on the day of delivery.
10. Do you have package deals?
Yes! We offer discounted packages that include popular combinations like tables, chairs, and tents. Check our Packages page for current deals.
